Refunds

Our Refund polcy describes how we manage refunds and our money back guarantee.
An unconditional 60 day money back guarantee is provided on all web hosting services. Refund requests after 60 days will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. If you’ve had an account with HOST101 before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
There will be no refund for: Domain Names, Dedicated IP Addresses or SSL Certificates as these are purchased from External Vendors & HOST101 does not get any refund in case of cancellation of these products/services.
Certain hosting plans come with a free domain and/or SSL certificate. Should these plans be canceled during the 60 day money back guarantee, the retail costs of these products will be subtracted from any refunds owing to you. You will still retain ownership of the domain name and/or SSL certificate until the expiry date of the product.
Any service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by HOST101 or our network providers will not count towards the up-time guarantee. HOST101 is not liable in any way for failure of third party services.
