How do I manage my web hosting account

You can manage the administration and billing side of your account using our account control panel here. You will be given a password upon sign up of the service. From here you can view all invoices, make payments, upgrade/downgrade your account, purchase extras, register domain names, view important announcements, check the service stats and create support tickets.

You can manage your web site using the cPanel management software which you can access by going to yourdomain.tld/cpanel. Please replace yourdomain.tld with your actual domain. If this does not work you can access it via the alternate method as specified in the welcome email. Using cPanel you have complete access to manage your web hosting account including installing software, managing email accounts, MySQL administration, looking at website statistics and more.

What is cPanel

cPanel is the web based hosting management software which you can use to manage your website. You can access cPanel by going to yourdomain.tld/cpanel and filling out your username and password provided in your welcome email. From there you are presented with the cPanel home page with many features to help you manage your website. A few of the features available are creating/modifying email accounts, reading emails, managing MySQL databases, checking your website statistics, web based file manager, creating/modifying FTP accounts, modifying DNS records, installing software/scripts, checking your website usage and securing your website.
